Every Noirée set comes with two dual-ended pens: a wing stamp on one end, a precision felt-tip liner on the other. One pen is shaped for your left eye, the other for your right — so both wings mirror each other perfectly.
Each pen holds 3.5 ml / 0.12 oz of richly pigmented formula — far more than a standard liner — so it lasts and lasts.
How to Use
Stamp. Line up the wing stamp at the outer edge of your lash line and press gently — one clean, symmetrical wing in a single motion.
Line. Flip to the felt tip and draw along your upper lash line to meet the wing.
Repeat on the other eye with the matching pen.
Shake before use. Store your pen horizontally so the ink flows evenly, and keep it somewhere cool and dry.

How long does the eyeliner last after opening?
With 3.5 ml / 0.12 oz per pen — more than most liners — you'll get plenty of wear. Close the cap tightly and store the pen horizontally to keep the formula fresh.
How do I remove Noirée eyeliner?
Because it's waterproof and long-wearing, we recommend a gentle eye-makeup remover or micellar water — it lifts off easily with no rubbing or irritation.
